Setting a look and then having a nice even grade brings the final touch to a project that will set it above the rest.  This is by far one of the most important steps in video, one far too often overlooked.  I used to just color my still raw files.  Then I thought, “hey motion is pretty neat, let’s color that!”  With my mindset “everything needs Color!”, I soon found myself Coloring national TV Shows and Commercial Ads.
